btc and COVID-19

COVID-19 Statement from the Pleasanton league Board of Directors:

In light of Alameda County Public Health Department Guidance and the county Shelter-in-Place order, our league has developed the following policy. This information is current as of March 19, 2020. Our members' well-being is our top priority. This policy may be updated as new information is released.

  1. All remaining events in March have been removed from the league calendar. April opportunities will continue to be evaluated.
  2. Teams are not allowed to schedule "in-person" meetings until after May 1st.
  3. The May General Membership Meeting has been cancelled.
  4. Most philanthropies we serve have temporarily shut down, with a couple of exceptions. More information on these groups can be found on the member home page.
  5. No member shall be compelled to volunteer at this time, nor will they be penalized for an inability to fulfill their hours commitment.
  6. If you are sick, please stay home. If you do help in the community in any approved capacity, please continue to carefully follow the hygiene recommendations set forth by the CDC and Alameda County Department of Public Health.

We wish our membership continued health and well-being during this uncertain time.
